Wild Birds Unlimited

Bought this feeder from a Wild Birds store in TX and let me say WOW has it been fantastic! It has been dropped twice 25-30 ft. (We live on the side of a hill in MD) and not broken! Woodpeckers really love perching on the cage around the feeder- plus it protects the feeder. We are VERY popular with all kinds of birds! Thank you for this fabulous feeder!

My husband and I always look forward to our trip to Wild Birds Unlimited! Absolutely wonderful store with amazing staff! Everyone has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell they are passionate about birds! Every staff member is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. The store always has incredible savings for frequent customers which these days is a rare find!! Can’t recommend shopping here enough. We used to buy from big box stores or online, but it’s worth the little extra money to get better quality food and honestly just have a nice experience shopping for once!!

Boasting incredible customer service and deep expertise, it’s obvious the team is genuinely passionate about all things avian. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into bird feeders, etc., regardless of your experience level

I visited WBU today to get a last minute Christmas gift for my momma. Seconds after I walked through the door, I was greeted by Mr. Connor. I am not a frequent customer at wildlife stores, and as such had plenty of questions that I was hoping to have answered. Connor answered each of my questions with genuine interest and care. He offered guidance and much wanted advice in regards to my purchases, and helped me make the most informed purchase possible. Mr. Connor offered me helpful tips on a variety of subjects, showing his knowledge in this business. From start to finish Connor made my visit enjoyable and welcoming. Then, to top it all off….Connor personally hand carried several items of mine to my truck (parked far away as the parking lot was very busy!). He offered a helping hand, and it was very much appreciated! This business is doing it right! Putting the customer first and serving their clientele with smiles on their faces! The atmosphere was amazing in the store, each employee smiling and cheery. Connor even shared with me his high praise on the ownership, management, and work environment at this location! To the owner of this business—I truly hope you see this and recogniz

What an amazing store and the staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. My husband and I stopped in for the first time recently and were treated so well. They took the time to show us all around the store and in part knowledge upon us and gave us a sample of birdseed before we left. We tried it out and we are seeing new birds at our birdfeeder as well as some that we have not seen for a while. We will be back and will be become members!
